Tiffany Shlain admittedly loves technology. She has made a career of exploring how technology impacts our brain, our society, and our relationships. And yet, she says that the weekly Technology Shabbat she and her family practice, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, is “the best day of the week. Unplugging for a day makes time slow down and makes me feel more present with my family.” Annie talks with Tiffany about the benefits of unplugging from the screen and tips for parents on how to bring the gift to of Technology Shabbat to every family.
